Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is currently recruiting skilled, high-quality physicians for opportunities with our health network, network-affiliated practices and independent practices in the Greater Niagara region.
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Schoellkopf Health Center are accepting applications for all clinical and ancillary care departments. We are actively recruiting in the following areas:
Labor and Delivery Nurse
Per diem position for a registered nurse. AM and PM shift. Prior L&D experience required.
Registered Nurse First Assistants (R.N.F.A.)
Part-time to join our growing surgical team, plus after hour call case coverage. Graduate of accredited R.N.F.A. program, current C.N.O.R., New York state licensure and three years diversified OR experience required.
Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Full time. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our new Niagara Wellness Connection Center. This innovative center combines Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Primary Care and Social Services in one convenient location at the medical center. NYS Licensure required.
Medical Office Assistant LPN/MOA
Full time days. Busy hospital-based surgical practice is recruiting for a highly organized and efficient LPN or MOA. The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities related to patient scheduling and flow throughout the practice. New Graduate Medical Assistants welcome to apply. Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.

Long Term Care Dietitian/Diet Technician
Per diem position. BS in Dietetics/Nutrition RD, American Dietetic Association CDR, NYS CD/N Clinical nutrition competence or Diet Technician, DTR. Clinical experience in long-term care and current knowledge of medical nutrition therapy relating to long-term care required along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with MDS preferred.
Part time 3 - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. positions available. Per Diem RN supervisors also needed. NYS license required. Knowledge of NYSDOH survey process necessary. Excellent nursing skills, flexibility needed.
Part time 2:30 - 10:45 p.m. NYS license required.
Certified Nursing Assistants
Part time for 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 2:30 - 10:30 p.m. shifts.

Patient Centered Medical Home Coordinator
Under the direction of Vice President-Service Line Operations and Medical Home Physician Director, responsible for achieving NCQA Patient-Centered edical Home Level Three, Advanced Primary Care and Enhanced Advanced Primary Care designations for all Memorial Medical Center primary care sites. Bachelor's degree in a health related field or information technology required. Must have at least three years of experience in community health, primary care or ambulatory care environment and demonstrated experience in transitioning a primary care practice to a NCQA Patient-Centered
Medical Home. Strong practice management, practice analytics/reporting and EHR (electronic medical record) experience desired.
To perform core stat, routine and specialized and/or automated laboratory testing in all clinical disciplines. Operate standard diagnostic instruments; document, interpret and analyze data; run quality control, maintain and troubleshoot instruments. BS in medical technology or related life science; 12 months post-grad experience in relevant clinical setting. Must hold or be eligible for New York license. Day, evening and/or night shifts, 2-5 days/week, rotating weekends.
Per diem. Child Advocacy Center of Niagara. Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with current pediatric experience to assist the medical director, nurse practitioners and medical staff with specialized medical examinations for hildren suspected of being abused or neglected and assist with providing support to children and their non-offending caregivers during office visits. Work with medical staff to provide education and information to children, caregivers, and other involved professionals. Minimum of five years current pediatric experience and ability to work in high stress environment required. Experience with child sexual abuse evaluation preferred. Candidate must be available for three hours per week, typically Tuesday and/or Friday mornings.
RN Case Manager/Utilization Review
Full time. RN with a strong clinical background and the ability to apply InterQual/Milliman criteria to ensure appropriate level of care for inpatient status as well as screening for access via ER. Overall goal is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction through effective resource management including denial management, utilization management, discharge planning, care facilitation, referral to other levels of care and assisting with billing audits from third-party payers or required by regulations (i.e. RAC, MAC, Probes). NY license with previous experience in discharge planning and managed care required.
Full-time day position responsible for introducing innovations to provide unified care planning and promote community based care. RN BSN with discharge planning experience required.
RN Utilization Review Coordinator
Full-time day position. To conduct caregiver assessments, organize educational sessions and make referrals to home and community based services. RN with discharge planning experience required.
Part time. High school diploma, clean NYS driver's license and current New York State Security Guard license required. One year prior hospital security experience or two years of general security experience preferred.
Full-time and part-time for busy hospital based practice. Coordinates patient scheduling and office activities under the direct supervision of the office manager. Requirements include successful completion of a NYS approved Medical Assistant program. New graduate medical assistants welcome to apply. Prior experience in an office clinic setting desirable.
