Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is currently recruiting skilled, high-quality physicians for opportunities with our health network, network-affiliated practices and independent practices in the Greater Niagara region.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Schoellkopf Health Center are accepting applications for all clinical and ancillary care departments. We are actively recruiting in the following areas:

Nursing Opportunities

R.N. Administrative Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor

Part-time position with varied hours including every 3rd weekend and one 12-hour PM shift per week with additional 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. shifts available. Highly effective registered nurse to direct all areas of patient care within the hospital and its ER1 Emergency Department. Broad, current clinical knowledge base and strong decision making skills essential. New York state RN license, two years medical-surgical experience and one year supervisory experience required.  BSN preferred.

Medical Office Assistant LPN/MOA

Full time days. Busy hospital-based surgical practice is recruiting for a highly organized and efficient LPN or MOA. The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities related to patient scheduling and flow throughout the practice. New Graduate Medical Assistants welcome to apply. Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.

Nursing Opportunities at Schoellkopf Health Center

Offering a great wage and benefit package, we offer opportunities to grow in your profession in an award-winning long-term care and rehabilitation facility.  Our excellent work environment will allow you to develop and maintain your nursing skills in such areas Central Lines and PIVs.

RN Supervisor

Part time 3 - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. positions available.  Per Diem RN supervisors also needed. NYS license required. Knowledge of NYSDOH survey process necessary.  Excellent nursing skills, flexibility needed.

LPN

Full-time 2:30 - 10:30 p.m.  Part-time positions for 7 a.m -3 p.m. and 3 - 11 p.m. available.  NYS license required.

 
Certified Nursing Assistants

Part time and full time 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m - 6:30 a.m.

Other Career Opportunities

Recreational Therapist - Behavioral Health Services

Part time - 30 hours per week. Plans and implements recreational therapy programs involving sports, fitness, social activities, games, leisure planning, arts and crafts, and psycho-educational discussions designed to help patients regain mental and/or physical functioning.  Bachelor in Therapeutic Recreation with Certification (CTRS) eligibility or Expressive Arts Therapist. One year experience in mental health desired.


Environmental Services Director

Full time. High volume medical network seeks highly effective director to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the environmental services department.   Requirements include three years environmental service management experience and a bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience and/or training. Experience in a union environment preferred.

Patient Financial Services Representative

Full time. Minimum one year prior hospital billing experience required. Knowledge of Medicare/New York State Medicaid Rules and Regulations preferred. SMS experience a plus. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package available.

Security Officer

Part time.  High school diploma, clean NYS driver's license and current New York State Security Guard license required.  One year prior hospital security experience or two years of general security experience preferred.

Medical Assistant

Full-time and part-time for busy hospital based practice. Coordinates patient scheduling and office activities under the direct supervision of the office manager. Requirements include successful completion of a NYS approved Medical Assistant program. New graduate medical assistants welcome to apply. Prior experience in an office clinic setting desirable.
