Study rates Niagara Falls Memorial among the nation’s best values for medical careAn independent study has ranked Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center the 12th best value for medical care out of 1,500 hospitals in the United States. The ranking is contained in the the Data Advantage Hospital Value Index™, a comprehensive survey that measures the relative value of care 1,500 hospitals provide to their patients. The report also included Memorial in the Hospital Value Index list of 100 Best Kept Secrets in the United States. The Hospital Value Index™ uses the most recent objective, publicly available data to specifically measure key elements that healthcare consumers consider when choosing a hospital, Data Advantage said. Ratings were compiled from four areas: The study rated the Buffalo Niagara region as the nation’s No. 1 market for hospital care value. Niagara Falls Memorial was the top ranked hospital in the region. “We’re quite honored to be the 12th best in the country among a prestigious group of hospitals,” said Memorial President & CEO Joseph A.
