Full time day position in our very busy Diabetes and Endocrinology clinic. This person will be responsible for coordinating patient scheduling and office activities. Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT codes as well as prior experience in an office clinic setting desirable. New Graduate Medical Assistants welcome to apply. Director of Clinical ExcellenceFull Time. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall planning, development and direction in the areas of Quality Management, Case Management/Utilization Review, Infection Control, Patient Safety, Documentation Improvement and Regulatory Compliance and will oversee programs to assure compliance with health care accrediting standards in order to enhance the quality of patient care. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality or Nursing and 3-5 years experience in a quality management department required. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience at the department manager level preferred. Physician Assistant/Nurse PractitionerPart time and per diem physician assistant or nurse practitioner for night shift. Previous experience in acute inpatient care required. Previous experience in a hospitalist program preferred. Staff RN/Adjunct Clinical Instructor (2)Full Time. Current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State with 3 to 5 years experience. BSN preferred, Master's in Nursing is desirable. This position is responsible for the provision of professional nursing care to Memorial patients and clinical instruction to nursing students at Niagara County Community College. As clinical instructors the successful candidates will provide guidance and supervision to nursing students during clinical rotations, evaluate students' written assignments and clinical performance, participate in on-campus clinicals and clinical laboratory, and perform other duties as assigned and requested. Scheduling will be three days a week (8 hour shifts) at Niagara Falls Memorial and two days at Niagara County Community College to equal full-time hours. When NCCC is not in session, the employee will be scheduled full-time hours at Memorial. R. N. Administrative Coordinator/Nursing SupervisorPart-time position 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. two nights per week with one 12-hour shift every other weekend. This highly effective Registered Nurse will direct all areas of patient care within the hospital and ER1 Emergency Department. Current broad clinical knowledge base and strong decision making skills essential. New York State RN license with two years medical-surgical and one year supervisory experience required. Behavioral Health - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (C.O.T.A.)Full Time. Associate's degree with current NYS Occupational Therapist Assistant certification required. These two positions offer opportunities to work in a dynamic healthcare setting utilizing a multidisciplinary approach in inpatient and outpatient adult behavioral health programs.
