If you're caught in a scheduling backlog for testing involving diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, bone density scan, mammography, etc.) Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center can help.

With facilities located just minutes from the U.S./Canada border at both our downtown campus and the Summit Healthplex, we are dedicated to providing our Canadian neighbors with the same high quality care we offer all our patients every day.

In accordance with New York state law, you will need a prescription from your doctor to schedule a test. We will provide the results of your test to your personal physician by phone or fax.

Will OHIP or my insurance pay for my tests?
That depends on the circumstances. Call OHIP and your insurance company to request payment information on tests conducted in the United States. We ask that you pay us directly for your test. In turn, we will provide you with a bill to submit for reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, bank drafts, money orders and all major credit cards. Payments must be in U.S. funds.
