Pediatric Clinic

Initial Visit

You will be visiting with a pediatric doctor.

The doctor may have your child do an Electrocardiogram (EKG) or Echocardiogram or possibly both. These tests are short (approximately 10 minutes) and are completely painless.

If you have Independent Health insurance, Medisource insurance, Community Care insurance or Univera insurance you must have a current referral card. Referral cards are good for 1 year.

Please bring your current insurance card.
