Diabetes and Endocrinology Center of Niagara

The Diabetes and Endocrinology Center of Niagara is located on the third floor of Memorial Medical Center's Mary C. Dyster Pavilion.

The center takes a comprehensive approach to combating diabetes and other endocrine disorders – including osteoporosis and disorders of the thyroid, adrenal and pituitary glands – by emphasizing awareness and education in addition to diagnosis and disease management.

Providing medical services at the center is Dr. Anita Chaudhuri, who is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

Dr. Chaudhuri offers comprehensive management of diabetes and its complications, diabetes and pregnancy, gestational diabetes, bone and mineral metabolism/osteoporosis, lipid disorders, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and other endocrine disorders to adult patients.

Living with Diabetes, a self-management education program recognized by the American Diabetes Association, is coordinated by Pam Beamer, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. For information, call 278-4102 or drop us a line.
