Bon appétit! Memorial Auxiliary publishes recipe collection

“I Want That Recipe,” a collection of 300 mouthwatering recipes compiled by The Auxiliary of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, is now on sale at the Medical Center Gift Shop.

The hardcover edition is a compilation of favorite recipes submitted by the medical center team – members of the medical staff, board of directors, hospital staff, Auxiliary and Medical Center Alliance.  It features tantalizing appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, entrees, side dishes, breads, desserts and candies. 

“I Want That Recipe” is available for $10. Proceeds will benefit Memorial Medical Center.  To obtain your copy, stop by the gift shop adjacent to Memorial’s main entrance or call 278-4470.
