Memorial seeks summer 2010 junior volunteers

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is offering area students an opportunity to take part in its summer 2010 Junior Volunteer Program.

Volunteering at Memorial is a wonderful way to explore healthcare careers and give back to the community. Hours volunteered at Memorial may also fulfill classroom community service requirements and can enhance your college application. 

Participants must be 14 years old, have completed eighth grade and be willing to volunteer a minimum of 30 hours during the summer. A mandatory orientation will be held June 30; this year’s program will run from July 7 to Aug. 20.
