Memorial Patients Can Now Pay Online

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has made it more convenient than ever for patients to pay their bills with the introduction of an online payment option.

The new, secure service can be accessed from this page by clicking Pay Your Bill Online (at right) and gives patients a choice of paying by online check or credit card.

"This technology provides authenticated and encrypted communication between NFMMC and Outsource Realm, LLC, the contractor we have selected to implement this new service," said Judy Conti, Memorial's manager of patient financial services.

"We realize the Western New York weather doesn't always cooperate and patients can't always get to the post office or our business office to pay on their accounts," Conti added. "This gives our patients yet another suitable option in addition to processing checking account or credit card transactions over the telephone."
