Steinwald named Memorial HR director

David J. Steinwald, M.B.A., has been named Director of Human Resources at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center effective Aug. 15.  The appointment was announced by Memorial President & CEO Joseph A. Ruffolo and Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Sheila K. Kee. 

Steinwald, who earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, most recently served as Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Niagara Health System.  He previously worked as human resources manager for ConAgra Foods, Viking Industries, and Kraft Foods/Nabisco, and as the coordinator of employee relations for the Erie County Water Authority.
