Infectious Disease Clinic
Led by Dr. Rajinder Bajwa, the clinic provides comprehensive outpatient care for a wide array of conditions, from travel-related illnesses and infections in immunocompromised hosts to recurrent urinary tract infections, osteomyelitis, tuberculosis, MRSA, and sexually transmitted infections.

We Treat A Full Spectrum of Infectious Diseases
We see and provide outpatient care for a full spectrum of infectious diseases including (but not limited to) travel-related illnesses, infections in immunocompromised hosts, recurrent urinary tract infections, osteomyelitis, tuberculosis, MRSA and sexually transmitted infections. We also provide PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) for HIV.
What We Offer
- Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs)
- HIV testing, prevention, and ongoing HIV care
- HIV prevention services, including PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis)
- Doxy-PEP services for STI prevention when appropriate
- Hepatitis B and C screening, evaluation, and treatment coordination
- Sexual health education, counseling, and risk-reduction support
- Partner notification assistance and follow-up care
- Vaccines to help prevent infections, including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and HPV when appropriate
- Routine infectious disease evaluation and treatment
- Referrals and care coordination for specialty or long-term infectious disease services

Leading our dedicated team is Dr. Bajwa, Chief of Infectious Disease. Known as a regional hero, especially for his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Bajwa embodies the dedication of a doctor. His tireless work and personal sacrifices have significantly impacted the health and safety of our community. We are honored to have him at the helm, guiding our efforts and caring for the people of Niagara Falls.
