Getting to Your Appointment Shouldn't Be a Barrier


Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's CARExpress program provides affordable, door-to-door transportation for ambulatory residents of Niagara Falls and Wheatfield who need assistance getting to and from their medical appointments.


Whether you're visiting Memorial's downtown campus, the Heart Center of Niagara, or one of our affiliated medical offices, CARExpress helps ensure you can access the care you need.

Transportation is available for appointments at:

  • Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center
  • The Heart Center of Niagara
  • Memorial Medical Office Building
  • Summit Healthplex
  • Affiliated medical offices on Elaine Drive


Schedule & Cost


Available: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cost: $2 per rider, each way

Reservations are required and should be made when you schedule your medical appointment to help ensure availability.

Volunteer Opportunities


Interested in helping patients access care? CARExpress is always looking for volunteer drivers and assistants. Drivers must have a clean driving record.
