Our Mobile Health Van brings quality medical care to neighborhoods across the county. We know not everyone can easily travel to a hospital or clinic — so we come to you. The van provides primary care, screenings, routine check-ups, preventive services, and follow-up care, helping residents stay healthy without the stress of long travel.

The van is funded through a mix of institutional support from Niagara Falls Memorial, community health grants, and public funding — ensuring that everyone, regardless of insurance or mobility, has access to essential care.

We believe in health equity. By taking services directly to communities, we reduce barriers to care, improve access for underserved populations, and make it easier to catch health issues early.
