Convenient parking is available in the parking ramp located at:
620 Tenth Street
Niagara Falls, NY
Parking is available for a nominal fee of $4 per day.
A pedestrian walkway connects the third floor of the parking ramp directly to the hospital lobby.
Patients visiting the Memorial Medical Office Building should take the parking ramp elevator to the seventh floor.
Emergency Department & Heart Center of Niagara
Patients and visitors may also use the surface parking lot located at the corner of Tenth Street and Walnut Avenue.

Free valet parking is available.
Visiting Hours
Visiting hours for most patient care areas are:
11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exceptions may be made on an individual basis by the Clinical Coordinator or Charge Nurse.
All visitors are required to check in at the hospital Information Center upon arrival. Visitors are encouraged to help maintain a quiet and healing environment throughout patient care areas.
Mary C. Dyster Women's Pavilion
Visiting hours, including for maternity patients, are:
11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Visitors are asked to stop at the nurses' station before entering a patient's room.
Hospice Patients
Hospice patients may receive visitors at any time.
Visiting Hours: Unlimited
Intensive Care / Critical Care Unit
Visiting hours are 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Only one visitor at a time may be present in the patient's room.
Behavioral Health (A-3)
Visiting hours are:
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Strive Market
Need a quick meal, snack, or beverage while visiting Memorial? The Strive Market, located on the first floor of the hospital, offers convenient self-service access to fresh meals, snacks, coffee, and beverages. Open around the clock, the market provides patients, visitors, and staff with a variety of grab-and-go options any time of day or night.
Auxiliary Gift Shop
Operated by dedicated volunteers from the Auxiliary of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, the Gift Shop offers a wide selection of gifts, greeting cards, jewelry, magazines, candy, personal care items, flowers, and other thoughtful items for patients and visitors. Every purchase helps support Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and its mission of caring for the community. The Auxiliary has proudly supported Memorial since 1905 and has raised millions of dollars to benefit patient care and hospital programs.
Health Care Proxy & Medical Records
The New York Health Care Proxy Law allows you to appoint someone you trust, such as a family member or close friend, to make health care decisions on your behalf if you become unable to do so yourself. By naming a health care agent, you can help ensure your wishes are followed by your health care providers.
